It’s still a BUYER’S MARKET!  After negotiating a deal with a Buyer, my Seller changed his mind and wanted to keep the Dishwasher.  The Buyer was so upset that he bought a different house.  Amazing!  Even after the Seller apologized.  There’s always more to the story, of course.  But, this is just a reminder of how delicate the Market is now.  The Buyer was bidding on two houses simultaneously.  He decided to cancel the Home Inspection, because he was afraid to spend the money on an Inspection, for fear the Seller would be unreasonable if anything came up.  It’s still a Buyer’s Market out there….
