You could miss half of the (early) Buyers, if you wait until after the SuperBowl® to put your house (back) on the Market.

Many people erroneously think they should wait until after the SuperBowl®, for the Spring Market, because they think there are no Buyers in the Winter.  But there are. Every year, people buy houses in January and early February.

For example, look at this chart which shows houses in Weston, CT that went under contract early in 2011:
