ORIGINALLY POSTED ON SATURDAY: Great day. We ended up seeing 10 houses instead of 8. And, we covered 3 different towns. What a great couple. He is an ex SEAL and she was with the secret service. Very interesting. And fun to be with. Good people. It makes my job enjoyable. And, we found the house that they will end up buying. I am sure that they will want to go out a few more times and see more houses. But, I’ve been doing this a long enough time that I can tell we found the one, even if they don’t happen to know it yet. Sometimes you get lucky and find the right house on the first day out, and sometimes it takes 3 months. Then again, sometimes it takes 3 months to realize that it was indeed the house from the first time out..
